Thank you for supporting Reentry Ready through your purchase of custom artwork. We strive to ensure your satisfaction while also upholding the integrity of our artists' creations and supporting our mission of empowering individuals through art and restorative justice.
Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom artwork, all sales are considered final once the creation process has begun. Refunds or exchanges are generally not offered, except under exceptional circumstances as outlined below:
Conditions for Refund:

Artist Error: A refund or replacement will be considered if the delivered artwork significantly differs from the agreed-upon specifications. Such discrepancies must be clearly documented and communicated within seven (7) days of receipt.

Artwork Damage: In the event that artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery, accompanied by detailed photographs. Reentry Ready will review the claim and determine eligibility for a refund, replacement, or repair.
Non-Custom (One-of-a-Kind) Artwork:

All one-of-a-kind, non-custom artwork sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available in the case of damage during shipping, subject to the same conditions outlined above.
Process for Refund Requests:

Submit refund requests in writing via email, clearly outlining the reason and including supporting documentation or photographs.

Each request will be evaluated individually, and a determination will be provided within ten (10) business days.

Changes requested by the customer after work has commenced may incur additional fees.
